Welcome to your new way of working. On this page, you'll find all the information you need to make your work even easier!

Onboarding

Here you'll learn how to adjust the language of your app, how to create an account, how to log in, and how to secure your app with a pin code.

Choose your language

The app adapts (as much as possible) to the language of your phone. Prefer a different language within the app? Before creating your account, you can click on the flag in the top right corner and select a different language.
Unfortunately, we don't have all languages available in our app yet, but we're working hard to make the app accessible to as many people as possible!

First, create an account

Before you can use the app, it's important to create your own account. This ensures that the right information reaches the right person. To create an account, we need the following information from you: your email address, your first and last name, and your phone number.
You can also immediately create a password for your account, so personal information remains truly personal.

Log in to your new platform!

Time to log in to your brand new work-app!
There are several ways to log in to your work-app: with your email address or with your phone number.

Choose your security code

You have the option to further secure your account with a pin code. This way, you can quickly log in, without having to constantly enter your email address and password.
Setting a pin code can be done in two ways.

Pop-up
When you're logged into the app, you'll see a screen. Here you can choose to set a pin code immediately or do it later.

Set pin code immediately

  1. Click on 'set pin code now'.
  2. Choose a five-digit pin code.
  3. Repeat the pin code.

From now on, your profile is protected with a pin code. The next time you open the app, you'll need to enter your pin code before accessing your work data.

Setting a pin code from the app

  1. Click on 'profile', at the bottom right of your screen.
  2. Then click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Click on 'Security'.
  4. Click on 'Create pin code'.
  5. Choose a five-digit pin code.
  6. Repeat the pin code.

From now on, your profile is protected with a pin code. The next time you open the app, you'll need to enter your pin code before accessing your work data.

The Homepage

Welcome to the main page of your new app. This is where all your information is brought together and presented in an organized manner. Think of things like your worked hours, accrued holiday pay, and an overview of staffing agencies you work with.

Bell icon

When you land on your homepage, you'll find a bell icon in the top right corner of the screen. When you have new notifications, a small dot will appear here. Clicking on it will show you an overview where you can find all your notifications.

Switching your overview

Your default overview shows things like your worked hours, holiday pay, and vacation hours. But besides this overview, there's also a section for your ongoing job applications. There are two ways to see this overview:

Swipe your screen to the right

  1. If you have your default overview in front of you, swipe from right to left.
  2. You'll now see the overview with your ongoing job applications.
  3. To go back, you can swipe from right to left again.

Switch icon

  1. In the top right corner of your 'worked hours', you'll find a switch icon.
  2. Click on the switch icon to switch the overview.
  3. You'll now see the overview with your ongoing job applications.
  4. To go back, you can click on the switch icon again.

Your worked hours

With your worked hours, you'll get a comprehensive overview of all your worked hours, even if you've worked them through different temporary employment agencies. When you click on the 'Worked hours' block, you can find your weekly filled hours.

Here you can also see which hours have already been approved, which are still pending at your temporary employment agency, and which ones you've submitted.

Need more information about your hours? Click on one of the blocks for general information. Here you'll find an information icon in the top right corner. Clicking on it will show you which hours you've filled in per day.

Step-by-step

  1. Click on the 'Worked hours' block.
  2. Scroll through your filled hours and select the week you want more information about.
  3. Review the information and the status of your filled hours.
  4. Click on the information icon, in the top right corner of the pop-up.
  5. Review which hours, expenses, reservations, and kilometers you've submitted for that period.

My agencies

On the main page of your app, below your worked hours, holiday pay, and vacation hours, you'll find an overview of the temporary employment agencies you're affiliated with.

These are only the temporary employment agencies that have a collaboration with Tigris.

From this list, you can click through to an agency to find more agency-related information.

 

Your Staffing Agency

To obtain more information from your staffing agency, you can click on their name from the homepage. You’ll get an overview of all the information from that organization. At a glance, you can, for example, see how much you've earned and how many hours you've worked.

If you're working with multiple employers, you'll find them listed in this overview as well. When you click on an employer, you'll find the contact details of the employer and, if available, those of your personal contact person.

You can also find the latest news from your staffing agency and shared files in this overview.

Step-by-step

  1. Scroll down on your homepage;
  2. Click on your staffing agency;
  3. Scroll through the page;
  4. Click on an employer under 'My employers' for information about the employer;
  5. Click on an article under 'News' to see the latest news from your staffing organization;
  6. Click on a document under 'Documents' for quick access to important documents between you and your staffing agency.

Quick contact with your agency?

The app offers you the possibility to chat with your staffing agency. The chat is always accessible from your navigation bar at the bottom of your screen or from the overview of your staffing agency.

Prefer to email or give a call? That's possible too! In the top right corner of the overview, you'll find the contact details of your staffing agency.

Your Payslips

The Payslips

Here you'll find your payslips. We've sorted them for you from newest to oldest. This way, you always have insight into your finances!

Step-by-step

  1. Click on the icon (second from the left) in the navigation bar named 'payslips'.
  2. View a payslip by clicking on it.
  3. You can download a payslip by clicking on the 'download' button.
  4. View payslips from previous years by clicking on the year and selecting a different year.
  5. Return to the home screen by clicking on 'back'.

Your Annual Statements

Looking for your annual statement? Click on the word 'payslips' and select the option 'annual statements'.

Step-by-step

  1. Click on the icon (second from the left) in the navigation bar named 'payslips'.
  2. Click on the word 'payslips' and select the option 'annual statements'.
  3. View your annual statements by clicking on them.
  4. You can download an annual statement by clicking on the 'download' button.
  5. View your annual statements from previous years by clicking on the year and selecting a different year.
  6. Go back to the home screen by clicking on 'back'.

Your Shifts

Do you work on call or in shifts? All your matters regarding your planned shifts and more can be found under 'Shifts'. This way, you can easily manage matters regarding your availability, scheduling, and accepted or rejected shifts.

View the shifts overview step-by-step

  1. Switch views by swiping from right to left or by clicking on the switch icon.
  2. Click on the icon (second from the left) in the navigation bar named 'shifts'.
  3. Click on 'shifts'.
  4. View the shifts you're scheduled for, those that are available, those you've accepted, or those you've rejected.
    1. Scheduled: Here you see the shifts you've accepted and confirmed by your staffing agency or the ones directly scheduled by your staffing agency.
    2. Available: Here you see the shifts your staffing agency has available.
    3. Accepted: Here you see the shifts you've accepted.
    4. Rejected: Here you see the shifts you've rejected.
  5. Click on '<' next to the month to view a previous month.
  6. Click on '>' next to the month to view the next month.
  7. Return to the home screen by clicking on 'back'.

 

View the job vacancy overview in steps

  1. Switch views by swiping from right to left or by clicking on the switch icon.
  2. Click on the icon (second from the left) in the navigation bar named 'shifts'.
  3. Click on 'job vacancies'.
  4. View new job vacancies in the overview and apply directly in the app.
  5. Return to the home screen by clicking on 'back'.

Register Your Hours

Here you can register your hours, submit your work hours, specify reservations, and record kilometers.

Step-by-step (Manual Hours)

  1. Click on the plus sign (+) in the middle of the navigation bar.
  2. Select the employer for whom you need to register hours.
  3. Choose the week in which you want to declare something.
  4. Click on '+'.
  5. Click on 'Hours'.
  6. Click on 'Add Hours' to manually add hours.
  7. Select a project (if necessary) by clicking on 'project'.
  8. Choose the type of hours you want to declare by clicking on 'Hour Type'.
  9. Enter the number of hours by clicking on the square under the days.
  10. If desired, leave a comment by clicking on the 'comment' field and typing something.
  11. Click on 'Save' when you're done.

Step-by-step (Work Hours)

  1. Click on the plus sign (+) in the middle of the navigation bar.
  2. Select the employer for whom you want to register hours.
  3. Choose the week in which you want to declare something.
  4. Click on '+'.
  5. Click on 'Hours'.
  6. Click on 'Add Work Hours' to add your working hours.
  7. Select the project for which you want to enter work hours.
  8. Click on the day for which you want to add the work hours.
  9. Set the hours by turning the clock.
  10. Click 'Apply' when you're done.
  11. If desired, leave a comment by clicking on the 'comment' field and typing something.
  12. Click 'Save' after you've added all your workdays.

Step-by-step (Kilometers)

  1. Click on the plus sign (+) in the middle of the navigation bar.
  2. Select the employer for whom you want to declare your kilometers.
  3. Choose the week in which you want to declare something.
  4. Click on '+'.
  5. Click on 'Kilometers'.
  6. Select a project (if necessary) by clicking on 'project'.
  7. Enter the number of kilometers by clicking on the square under the days.
  8. Click on 'Save' when you're done.

Step-by-step (Expenses)

  1. Click on the plus sign (+) in the middle of the navigation bar.
  2. Select the employer for whom you want to declare expenses.
  3. Choose the week in which you want to declare something.
  4. Click on '+'.
  5. Click on 'Expenses'.
  6. Select a project (if necessary) by clicking on 'project'.
  7. Choose the type of expenses you want to declare by clicking on 'Expense Type'.
  8. Enter the amount of the costs by clicking on the square under the days.
  9. Click on 'Save' when you're done.

Step-by-step (Reservation)

  1. Click on the plus sign (+) in the middle of the navigation bar.
  2. Select the employer from whom you want to take up reservations.
  3. Choose the week in which you want to take up something.
  4. Click on '+'.
  5. Click on 'Reservation'.
  6. Select the type of reservation you want to specify by clicking on 'Reservation Type'.
  7. Check your available balance and outstanding hours.
  8. Enter the number of hours you want to take up by clicking on the square under the days.
  9. Click on 'Save' when you're done.

 

Chat

Easily connect with your staffing agency using the chat feature. The chat is accessible via the homepage or from the overview of a staffing agency.

Step-by-step from the homepage

  1. Click on the icon (second from the right) in the navigation bar labeled 'chat'.
  2. Select the staffing agency you want to chat with.
  3. Type the message you want to send to the agency.
  4. Click on '<' in the top left corner of the screen to go back.

  1. Scroll down on your homepage.
  2. Click on your staffing agency.
  3. Click on the icon in the top right corner.
  4. Click on 'chat'.
  5. Type the message you want to send to the agency.
  6. Click on '<' in the top left corner of the screen to go back.

Your Profile

All your information and data are available within your profile. When you open it via the navigation bar at the bottom of your app, you'll enter a general overview.

Your Profile Overview

Here you can view and manage all your personal information. We'll walk through it step by step.

In your profile overview, you can view your documents, change general profile information, and check app notifications.

Your Documents

Delete, add, or edit documents as needed.

Uploading Documents

  1. Click on the icon (far right) in the navigation bar labeled 'profile'.
  2. Click on 'documents' below your profile picture.
  3. Click on '+'.
  4. Select the type of document you want to upload.
  5. Select an expiration date for your document.
  6. Click 'Upload File'.

Viewing Documents

  1. Click on the icon (far right) in the navigation bar labeled 'profile'.
  2. Click on 'documents' below your profile picture.
  3. Under the section 'Shared with Me', you can find all your files.
  4. Browse through files shared with you or by you.
  5. Open a document by clicking on it.
  6. Once you've opened a document, you can download the file using the 'download' button.

Edit Profile

Delete, add, or edit information as needed.

Editing Basic Information Step by Step

  1. Click on the icon (far right) in the navigation bar labeled 'profile'.
  2. Click on the pencil icon below your profile picture.
  3. Click on 'basic information'.
  4. Click on the field you want to edit.
  5. Click 'save'.
  6. Go back to your overview by clicking 'back'.

 

Editing Work Experience Step by Step

  1. Click on the icon (far right) in the navigation bar labeled 'profile'.
  2. Click on the pencil icon below your profile picture.
  3. Click on 'work experience'.
  4. Click on the field you want to edit, or click on 'add work experience' and fill in the required information.
  5. Click 'save'.
  6. Go back to your overview by clicking 'back'.

Editing Skills Step by Step

  1. Click on the icon (far right) in the navigation bar labeled 'profile'.
  2. Click on the pencil icon below your profile picture.
  3. Click on 'skills'.
  4. Click on the field you want to edit, or click on 'add skills' and fill in the required information.
  5. Click 'save'.
  6. Go back to your overview by clicking 'back'.

Editing Education Step by Step

  1. Click on the icon (far right) in the navigation bar labeled 'profile'.
  2. Click on the pencil icon below your profile picture.
  3. Click on 'education'.
  4. Click on the field you want to edit, or click on 'add education' and fill in the required information.
  5. Click 'save'.
  6. Go back to your overview by clicking 'back'.

Editing Languages Step by Step

  1. Click on the icon (far right) in the navigation bar labeled 'profile'.
  2. Click on the pencil icon below your profile picture.
  3. Click on 'languages'.
  4. Click on the field you want to edit, or click on 'add languages' and fill in the required information.
  5. Click 'save'.
  6. Go back to your overview by clicking 'back'.

Editing Preferences Step by Step

  1. Click on the icon (far right) in the navigation bar labeled 'profile'.
  2. Click on the pencil icon below your profile picture.
  3. Click on 'preferences'.
  4. Click on the field you want to edit.
  5. Click 'save'.
  6. Go back to your overview by clicking 'back'.

Your Messages

View the notifications and other messages coming into your inbox.

Viewing Notifications

  1. Click on the icon (far right) in the navigation bar labeled 'profile'.
  2. Click on 'inbox' below your profile picture.
  3. Click on a message for more information.

Complete Your Profile

To ensure you get the job that best suits you, we provide tips on how to complete your profile. The more complete your profile, the better your job!

Completing Your Profile in the App

  1. Click on the icon (far right) in the navigation bar labeled 'profile'.
  2. As you scroll down, you'll see a section titled 'Complete Your Profile'.
  3. Below, you'll see various blocks indicating missing information in your profile.
  4. Click on a block to add this information to your profile.
