• At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Recruiter.
•  Command of the Polish language in speech and writing
•  MBO-4 or HBO working and thinking level.
• You take initiative, are down-to-earth and socially minded.
•  Communicative skills.
• You are available part-time or full-time.
• You are in the process of obtaining a driving license B and live in the Weesp or Alkmaar region.

Job description:

As an recruiter at Flexwerk you have a wide range of tasks. If you start at Flexwerk, you will first enter an extensive induction process, which is followed by a training.

Your activities vary from commercial activities, such as approaching new customers (by telephone) and building relationships to keeping the administration in order.

Furthermore, you support your colleagues in the planning by actively looking for suitable candidates for the open shifts. Together you ensure that all services are filled on time.

In addition, you carry out the entire process from an application; posting vacancies, conducting intake interviews, calling references, proposing candidates and maintaining contact between both the company and the candidate. You also ensure correct administration. You do all this together with a young and driven team of colleagues.
